What is LPSI about?

LPSI is a company that supply/distributes equipment or products in the Solar, Water Heating and Electrical field.

How do I shop on this website?

We have categories for all our products and search bar that will send you straight to the product you are looking for (with correct description and keywords).

Where do I get the goods, I purchase?

They get delivered to the address you give us.

Is paying online safe?

Yes, we have put systems in place that will keep your details safe always.

How do I assure that my banking details are safe?

At no time, should you give any of your banking detail to anyone besides the details required for you online payment.

Can I pay with cash?

No, you can’t pay with cash for the safety of yourself and the company.

When will my deposit or payment be authorized?

Cash deposits at a bank: Please use ONLY your order number as reference. Deposits made before 12 noon should be processed on the same day, alternatively the following morning. We are dependent on the banks so system delays may occur.

Internet Transfers: Please ONLY use your order number as reference (for example 1234567). If you bank with Standard Bank, deposits made before 12 noon should be processed on the same day, alternatively the following morning. Transfers made from any other bank will (in most cases) reflect the following day, but can take up to 48 hours.

Exchange & Returns

What if I don’t have original packaging?

You are responsible for packing and returning the product safely and securely to ensure against damage in transit. Kindly include the reference when returning so we can identify the product.

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

You are entitled to cancel your order prior to the point at which it is shipped for delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order thereafter you can do so in accordance with our returns policy.

Shipping and Delivery

Can I change delivery address?

Due to high festive order volumes, we unfortunately can’t make changes to your delivery address once payment has been received and you have received your Payment Confirmation email.

What are my delivery options?

Courier – We deliver directly to your home or office, anywhere in South Africa.  All delivery and tracking details are supplied to you at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once we’ve received your order from our suppliers, we’ll send you an e-mail with tracking details. If in doubt, contact us.

Please note:

  • The countdown in terms of the shipping period begins once your payment has been authorized. For credit cards this means that once the bank gives us an authorization code. For cash deposits and Internet transfers this means once the funds reflect in our bank account.
